used-tennis-ballsEvery innovative design stems from a creative person who felt inspired. In the case of the fabulous Imola chair, inspiration struck BoConcept product designer Henrik Pedersen in an unlikely place… a doubles match.

Though the roots of the chair date back to the 1950s, distinct qualities such as the stitching and overall shape of Imola are reminiscent of a tennis ball making for a fresh look on a timeless style.
